Japanese Fusion Food at Papasan SS2

Pakistani, Pork-Free
Lunch at Restoran Muse in Plaza Shah Alam was a mixed experience. I sampled their beef biryani and chicken tikka, both of which offered large portions that make for a satisfying meal in terms of quantity.

The biryani rice had a pleasant, aromatic flavour that held its own, but the beef itself was on the tougher side. It could have benefited from a bit more tenderness to complement the delicate, spiced rice.

The chicken tikka came as a single, uncut piece of breast meat which made it difficult for sharing without cutting it up. I thought tikka is usually served cut up into smaller pieces, unlike tandoori. While it was a generous portion, the flavour was a bit subdued. It would have benefited from either deeper marination or a bit more seasoning to enhance its taste.

What I can say is Restoran Muse certainly delivers on portion sizes.
