I was expecting koay chap but it came koay teow kia at Restoran Rong Shu Xia. Lady boss told me that most hawkers dont sell koay chap anymore in JB. reasons unknown. The sliced pork and tendon with fried shallots tasted good. Texture of the koay teow cannot come close to Ipoh or Penang’s quality. The herbal soup taste was a bit disappointing as it has the chau tu bak hean. ( bad smell ) Overall rating 3/5.
