Today, I specially invited clients from Sarawak to have breakfast here, to experience the most authentic Klang Valley morning market flavors together.

原本心心念念的瓦煲老鼠粉「心憶」今天没开档，难免有点小失落。
I was a little disappointed that the claypot noodles "Xin Yi" (心忆) I'd been craving were closed today.

不过失望很快被美食治愈——点了我常吃的牛仔炒粿条。安哥戴着牛仔帽，索性就这样帮它取了名字
酱油香气浓郁、Wok 气十足，火候掌控得刚刚好，绝对是我心目中 Top 3 炒粿条之一。
However, my disappointment was quickly cured by the delicious food—I ordered my usual Cowboy Char Kuey Teow. My friend was wearing a cowboy hat, so I just named it that. The soy sauce aroma was rich, the wok flavor was perfect, and the cooking time was just right; it's definitely one of my Top 3 Char Kuey Teow.

另外还发现了一档三间庄猪肉丸粉，亮点是用了蜜汁黑酱油，咸甜平衡得很讨喜，完全对上我的口味雷达。
I also discovered a Sam Kan Chong pork ball rice noodle stall. The highlight was the use of honey-glazed dark soy sauce, a very pleasing balance of salty and sweet, perfectly matching my taste radar.

最后，当然少不了一杯亚葉奶茶冰。这里的咖啡与奶茶水准稳定，口碑一直在线，是那种喝了会记得、也会再回来的味道。
Finally, of course, I had to have a cup of iced milk tea. The coffee and milk tea here are consistently of high quality and have a great reputation. They're the kind of taste you'll remember and want to come back for.
