Bistro Léa Banana Pancakes

Lunch at Bistro Léa Sri Hartamas had hits and misses, but the fluffy Pancakes à la Banane were the dish that had all of us talking

Satay, Pork-Free
Diving into the meal I ordered by delivery from Sate Hut Puchong Perdana, the first thing that struck me was the rich aroma emanating from the satay sauce. Thick in consistency and bursting with flavour, it instantly tantalized the taste buds and set a promising tone for the meal ahead.
Sampling the chicken and beef satay, I found them to be slightly sweet for my taste, with a texture that erred on the side of tough and dry. While the flavours were enjoyable, the dryness detracted somewhat from the overall enjoyment of the dish.

However, the standout star of the meal was undoubtedly the satay perut. Soft and succulent, with a depth of flavour that left a lasting impression, it surpassed my expectations and elevated the dining experience to new heights. Each bite was a symphony of flavours, perfectly balanced and utterly satisfying.

Despite my mixed feelings of the chicken and beef satay, the exceptional quality of the satay perut left a lasting impression.
