Ode to Paradise Group’s seafood flagship, Seafood Paradise at Vivocity. We tested only two dishes, the humble lala beehoon and fried carrot cake.
The beehoon was good at 7/10 – delicate umami almost creamy finish with ample clamfish thrown in. I like the amount of egg sauce dropped in as well, good balance.
The carrot cake was also good at 7/10
Ironically, my first hotpot staple in Sg was J-Pot. Long before HDL hit our shores. And it’s this very spot where this Seafood haven spawned. Befitting that we got to visit 1.5 decades later.
We will be back for their creamy butter crabs soon.
