It was another dinner where we opted for food delivery. This time we ordered from Seap Seap Mookata to satisfy our cravings for hearty Thai delights. The food arrived neatly packed. The star of our order was the half Braised Pork Knuckle, or Khao Kha Moo (RM45.90). The flavours were exceptional, offering a delightful blend of savoury notes. The texture of the braised meat was soft but not overly so.

The incorporation of noodles that we cooked at home added an extra layer of texture, turning it into a delightful Ba Mee Kha Moo variation.

On the side, we added a serving of Thai Sausage (RM16.90) to our order. The sausage portion seemed a bit modest and the taste fell slightly on the muted side. Contrary to expectations, the spice level was subdued, missing the anticipated kick.
