One of my favourite WTM in town. 3 Sisters Wantan Mee in at Sin Guat Keong Coffee Shop, Kimberley street.

Love the texture of the noodle and the flavour are fantastic. The sauce,sambal, pork lard, pickles, char sio, wanton. Each of this ingredients successfully makes this WTM so unforgettable . Don’t forget about the soup base. It simmered with dried anchovies and chicken bones, has a delicious sweet taste. Makes it more irresistible.
