这家位于SS2巴刹附近的砂劳越餐馆 “SLURRP”,绝对是砂州美食爱好者不容错过的地方。刚逛完巴刹后,正好可以享受一顿美味的砂州佳肴。这次点了茄汁粿条和哥罗面,都各有特色。
茄汁粿条的味道非常正宗,得到了砂劳越人的认可。而煎过的粿条则是餐馆的新创意,这种独特的做法让粿条更具风味,口感也特别值得一试。至于哥罗面,使用了正宗的砂州面条,猪油捞面香气扑鼻,但猪油稍微放多了一点,味道较为浓郁。

This Sarawak restaurant “SLURRP” located near the SS2 market is definitely a place that Sarawak food lovers should not miss. After visiting the market, it was time to enjoy a delicious Sarawak cuisine. This time I ordered ketchup kway teow and kolo mee, both of which have their own characteristics.
The taste of tomato sauce kuey teow is very authentic and is recognized by Sarawakians. The fried rice noodles are a new idea of the restaurant. This unique method makes the rice noodles more flavorful and the texture is worth trying.


As for the Kolo noodles, they use authentic Sarawak noodles. The lard noodles are fragrant, but there is a little too much lard, which makes the flavor richer.




If you are as keen on exploring Sarawak food as I am, then this restaurant is definitely worth putting on your list.
