Skewers
While looking around IOI Mall, we chanced upon Sour Little 7 IOI Puchong (酸小七) and decided to give it a try. Since we had taken a bite earlier, we wanted something light and opted for a few snacks rather than their signature sauerkraut fish.

The dishes surprised us with their quality. The Crispy Crusted Potatoes despite how it looked was excellent, featuring a crispy exterior while remaining soft on the inside.

The Garlic Chicken Wing was also a solid choice, well-seasoned with a flavorful garlic profile.

The standout dish, however, was the Mutton Skewer. It was crisp externally, yet the meat inside remained moist and tender. It is certainly worth a revisit. We spoke to the lady boss, who shared that they have worked extensively on getting the taste just right.

Garlic Chicken Wing – RM5.90
Mutton Skewer x 4 skewers – RM15.00
Crispy Crusted Potatoes (Black Vinegar Sauce) – RM12.00
Total with Service Charge – RM36.20
Score: 7.5/10
M – Meal Value
The pricing is very reasonable for a mall environment. At RM15 for four mutton skewers and RM12 for a generous portion of potatoes, it offers good value for the quality of the cooking.
Score: 7.5/10
V – Venue & Vibes
The restaurant has a clean and modern feel typical of new eateries in IOI Mall. It is a comfortable spot for both a quick snack and a more substantial Guizhou meal.
Score: 7.5/10
X – X-Factor
The execution of the mutton skewers is the highlight here. Achieving that balance of an external crisp while keeping the meat moist is a testament to the effort the owners have put into their recipes.
