日料控注意 Sushi Zento Sunway Giza 新菜单！
已经将近两年没来这家曾经让我每月都光顾几次的日式餐厅，今天路过翻看新Menu，第一页的刺身照片就狠狠抓住了我这个刺身控的心。毫不犹豫就坐下来点了两份刺身套餐，让自己好好回味一下。
Japanese food lovers, take note! Sushi Zento Sunway Giza has a new menu!
It’s been almost two years since I last visited this Japanese restaurant, which I used to frequent several times a month. Today, I stopped by and glanced at the new menu, and the sashimi photos on the first page immediately captured my heart. Without hesitation, I sat down and ordered two sashimi sets to savor them.

Shake Sashimi Set：主角是厚切三文鱼刺身，真的超有诚意，油脂分布完美、入口即化，配上一碗热腾腾的味噌汤、滑嫩的茶碗蒸，还有一小碟日式小菜和白饭。小提醒：只需加 RM1 就能把白饭升级为寿司醋饭，吃起来更像在吃散寿司，推荐！
Shake Sashimi Set: The star of the show is the thick-cut salmon sashimi, which is truly heartfelt, with perfectly distributed fat and a melt-in-your-mouth texture. It comes with a bowl of piping hot miso soup, smooth chawanmushi (steamed egg custard), a small plate of Japanese side dishes, and rice. Tip: For an extra RM1, you can upgrade the rice to sushi rice, which tastes more like chirashi sushi. Highly recommended!

Sashimi to Butaniku Shogayaki Set：这套是综合刺身＋豚肉姜烧的组合。姜烧使用的是五花肉片，炒得香喷喷，酱汁带点微甜的姜香味，配饭真的一流。这套同样配有茶碗蒸、味噌汤和小菜
Sashimi to Butaniku Shogayaki Set: This set combines a sashimi combo with a teriyaki pork stew. The teriyaki pork stew uses slices of pork belly, stir-fried to perfection, and the sauce has a slightly sweet ginger flavor. It pairs really well with rice. This set also comes with chawanmushi, miso soup, and a side dish.

我还额外点了一碗 Buta Kimchi Jiru（泡菜猪肉汤），汤头浓郁带辣，里面有不少猪肉和蔬菜，喝完整个人都暖起来，超满足！
I also ordered a bowl of Buta Kimchi Jiru (Kimchi Pork Soup). The broth was rich and spicy, with plenty of pork and vegetables. It warmed me up completely and was incredibly satisfying!

重点是——他们现在的刺身比以前更夸张地厚，切片真的有升级！吃下去完全是“爽”字形容，根本不输高级寿司店！
The highlight is—their sashimi is now even thicker than before, and the slices are truly upgraded! It’s absolutely delicious, on par with high-end sushi restaurants!

这次回访，完全没有失望，反而觉得比记忆中的更好吃、更豪气。下次来我还想再试试其他新推出的定食套餐。Sushi Zento 的日料依然值得你一来再来！
This return visit wasn’t disappointing at all; it was even better and more sumptuous than I remembered. I’d love to try one of their new teishoku sets next time I visit. Sushi Zento Sunway Giza Japanese cuisine is still worth a return visit!
