It’s tomb sweeping season, and here we are back in Kluang today. Tangkak Beef Noodle is a must visit food joint without fail for my hubby and now 2 boys. They have outlets in KL, too. But hubby said this original outlet still serves the best soup base and beef slices. Father and sons ate the same Classic Beef Noodle with Mee Laksa.
For me, who is not a beef eater, I can only go for the Fishball Noodles Soup, which brings back memories of my childhood fishball noodle taste. Especially the clear yet flavourful broth which has the fried onion oil taste.
