We had time to kill before dinner so what better place to go than getting some Guinness at The Beer Republic Bangkok. It was just a short walk across from our hotel.
They have a wide variety of beers on tap so you can choose to drink to your belly’s content. I just need a Guinness.
While browsing their menu, I chanced upon an item that we don’t usually see at bars in KL. Pig’s ears! Definitely had to try it. The smooth creaminess of Guinness paired with a savoury piece of ear. An unusual combo for me but I enjoyed it.
