My no 1 dish of the week goes to Omu Pork Patty Fried Rice at Sugar Tang.
First. The omelette fired with perfection. It was beautifully done. Good to see and yummy to eat.

Second. The pork patty was so juicy and delicious. So aromatic and flavourful.

Third. The fried rice was the star. the taste are so rich and full of flavor, go wild with it.
3 of the difference tastes from light eggs flavour, with the meat sweet flavour + the heavy duty dynamic flavour . All mix in one. You can imagine why I’m wild. It was perfectly match.
