I was just blown away by how delicious the food at Waterfall Ristorante Italiano in Shangri-La was. We had
Burrata Pugliese (above)
Burrata, Rocket Salad, Parma Ham, Cherry Tomatoes, Olives. The burrata was huge and was bouncy, creamy and delish! Definitely one of the best burrata I've tasted.

Zuppa Di Pesce
Fish Stew, Whole Lobster, Prawns, Clams, Mussels, Fish, Octopus, Tomatoes, Garlic Bread. The seafood was so fresh and the broth so full of flavour! We finished every last drop.

And of course, what better way to eat seafood than to wash it down with champagne. This is definitely one of the most underrated Italian restaurants in Spore. Even the ambience is great as you dine outdoors in lush greenery to the sound of a waterfall. A great place to unwind and enjoy wonderful Italian food.
