Chinese, Non-Halal
CNY day 14th night lowsang dinner with some of my makan kaki at Yinlau Restaurant. Original venue was not here but glad we had it here. All because last minute 4 orang couldn’t make it. Last minute kelam kabut made a reservation and ordered for dishes. Lucky stars on my side, restaurant was full house but I was given a table at 1 corner.
Ordered the truffle duck but kitchen miscommunication, instead of duck, was told the ma cou chicken sold out. Due to last minute havoc, couldn’t make order for the shark jaw/snout dish too. Never mind, there will always be another round geh. We had the honour to host 2 Taiwanese friends with our chinese culture here.
Fish skin yeesang with my own abalone added in

Dragon tiger pan still swimming, so, cingjing the best

Prawns

Iberico pork ribs

2 style kailan

Celery lotus roots

Sea coconut longan with lemon
