Chiefeater Hedges Liang had a delightful street food dinner of local dishes at Sungai Pinang Food Court
Japanese, Omakase, Non-Halal, Fine Dining
Yo sushi is a lunch sushi establishment known for its value for money offerings. They serve Omakase in the evenings, and this is what the 3 of us came hunting for Taiwan definitely serves fresh(er) Japanese seafood produce. Maybe because of the proximity of the islands. I found the chefs to be very abled, looking at their knife skills on display.
The best dish was the grilled Tile Fish - it was perfection 8.5/10.
The other dishes we could find in Singapore, but the price tag sealed the deal TWD12000 for 3 pax including a 720ml dry sake.

Overall Yo Sushi for Omakase (dinner) comes in at a solid 7.5/10.
