I tried the Pepperoni Pizza (RM48) and Margherita Pizza (RM46), both baked fresh in their signature wood-fired oven. Also had the Roma Pizza slice (RM13), which is sold by the piece rather than as a whole pie. Note – their pizzas are 10 inches.
The Pepperoni Pizza came with a smoky, charred crust that had just the right chew — the kind that tells you the dough has been well-fermented. The pepperoni itself had a savoury bite and melded beautifully with the tomato base and melted cheese.
The Margherita Pizza was a cleaner, simpler balance of bright tomato, creamy mozzarella, and basil. It’s always a good benchmark for how serious a pizzeria is, and here, it delivered.
But the Turkey Chorizo Roman Pizza slice was the real surprise. Light, crispy, and packed with tomato flavour and the spiciness of chorizo, it had a focaccia-like base that snapped nicely when bitten into. I wanted to order the whole slab, but they were sold out — a good sign, if anything. Next time, I’ll order earlier. But the bite size they serve it in also serves as a good personal snack.
Flour, Fire & Stone is one of the better places for authentic Neapolitan pizza in PJ. You can dine inside or outside (and watch the pickle ballers in action)
