Noodles, Street Food, Pork-Free
After trying to visit Sin Tong Hong Kopitiam several times and failing to find a place to park, I decided that I would get there by another method. I took the train there. Stopping at Taman Paramount, I checked the distance and it was just 1.2 km. It would be just a short walk so I decided to hoof it.
While it is a beautifully designed kopitiam, I wasn’t there for the looks. I just wanted food and I had a bowl of their handmade noodles with dry mutton curry (RM16.90+). I added a side order of prawn wantan (RM6.90+) because I was feeling hungry and greedy.
The handmade noodles had a nice bite to it. It also had a nice springiness. The way I like my noodles to be. The dry mutton curry was flavourful. The mutton had a nice bite with a slight bit of chewiness. This was an enjoyable dish.

The prawn wantans were well seasoned and the prawns were fresh. However, I still prefer to have my wantan to have some minced pork in it. Sin Tong Hong Kopitiam is a pork-free establishment so that ingredient will not be found here.

The kopi was alright though I think it was slightly too acidic for my liking.
My friend joined me later and he ordered a Cucur Udang and Popiah to share. I liked the Popiah. The filling inside was tasty and the jacima gave it a nice crunch.
