Appetisers
– Squid ink croquette, with squid ink, garlic alioli and gremolata.
– Scallop tart topped with Arenkha (smoked herring) caviar
– Slow-cooked beef marmalade tart
– Honey corn ribs with porcini and pecorino cheese

Desserts
2 portions of Crepe Suzette – rench crepes with caramelized sugar-butter sauce, orange sauce, Cointreau and vanilla ice-cream.
