Chiefeater Jaspal Randhay had the Pangkor fish noodles at Restoran BC7 for brunch where he says the fish is always fresh
Taiwanese, Non-Halal
Pork leg stew, braised minced pork on rice, braised egg, San Bei (3 cup) chicken, cold dish appetisers. These are the signature Taiwanese dishes of Bei Tou Squid Snack. They are part of Bei Tou You Yue Restaurant chain with outlets at Karpal Singh Drive and Golden Triangle at Sg Ara. We had the pork leg set and the San PBei chicken set with additional order of Squid in thickened soup. While waiting for the lunch sets, u can pick your appetisers from the display panels @ rm5.80 per serving.
Pork Leg Set
San Bei Chicken Set
We had our yummy delicious starters: pickled cucumber in vinegar, French beans with minced pork, brinjal with dried prawns and beancurd (tau kua) with crispy ikan bilis.
The meal set comes with soup which u can upgrade, braised egg, vege and braised tau kua with braised minced pork rice which u can upgrade (which I did to Tainan shrimp rice) and main dish.
The condiments, free-flowing Chinese tea and wet tissue wipes are all FOC. Such a satisfying authentic Taiwanese lunch for reasonable price.
