Garden Kale, Quinoa Salad with Pomegranate, Feta Cheese, Raisin, Oranges, Apple with Honey Mustard Dressing

Main Course
Baked Chilean Sea Bass, Portuguese Style with Onion, Cucumber Pickles Served with Coconut Milk Rice

Dessert
Hot Chocolate Cake with Genting Fresh Strawberries, Cream, Almond Crisp and Gelato Ice-Cream


I’m speechless. Chef Oliver's dishes literally melts in your mouth!! The main course was superb with his Portuguese sauce. Slightly spicy and creamy. Can add a bit of calamansi and the flavour changes!! The hot chocolate cake was so awesome!! Melting chocolate that runs in your mouth! Oooo.
