Pork Knuckles, Non-Halal
I have never once had a meal at Crab B Restaurant even though they have been open in Puchong since 2015. Their signature dishes are of course everything to do with crab. If you read their Google reviews, you will see a lot of mixed reviews. They go from 1 star to 5 star, with people complaining about the service or the food. That did not deter me from making an order from them.
I was hankering for a pork knuckle and they were the only place within my locality that had it. I ordered a Pattaya Style Fried Pork Knuckles (RM93.28) and a Gong Bou Chicken with a side order of a mini Yam Basket (RM33.92).
The items arrived within 50 minutes of placing the order. That was impressive. Some of the complaints that you will read on Google is that they seem to be more interested in fulfilling delivery orders. Judging by my delivery experience, I would definitely recommend home delivery if you don’t live too far from them.
The packaging was securely tied and well packed. I proceeded to plate it for home dining. Voila, my attempt at plating the Gong Bou Chicken in the Yam Basket and the Pork Knuckle.

We enjoyed both dishes. Both dishes were well seasoned and still warm on arrival. The Yam Basket was a bit soggy from being kept in the box but that is a very minor complaint. The Pork Knuckle was generously portioned and the meat was tender. I was pleasantly surprised that even though it was fried, the meat was neither tough or dry. The skin was crispy and warm. We ate the whole knuckle down to the bone.

Kudos to the kitchen team at Crab B Restaurant. Prices are ++. You would see all the taxes already factored in when you order via Grab.
