Korean, Fine Dining, Pork-Free
After navigating the bustling crowd in the mall, stepping into Da On Fine Korean Cuisine felt like finding an oasis amidst the chaos. The serene, quiet ambiance provided a stark contrast to the noise outside, setting the stage for what would promise an elevated dining experience. With its minimalist decor and attentive service, the restaurant's fine dining credentials were clearly visible — as were the premium prices that accompanied them.
We sampled several dishes during our meal. However, the standout was undeniably the fried chicken, a dish often considered humble but elevated here to suit the fine dining ethos. At RM60, it carried a significant price tag.

The chicken was perfectly golden, with a crisp exterior that yielded to tender, juicy meat inside. It was seasoned with care, striking a balance between savoury richness and subtle spice. While it was undoubtedly premium in presentation and taste, one can’t help but feel something was amiss if the only dish that lived up to expectations.

Da On Da On Fine Korean Cuisine wins on their refined ambiance and impeccable service and a reminder of the price one has to pay for exclusivity.
