A huge brunch at the sustainable Dairy Home Restaurant, where the menu features Khao Yai’s own produce, from vegetables to meats & milk. It was mostly great, from Mum’s head-sized pork knuckle to my pulled pork burgers, that tangy sunflower salad, doughnut-sized onion rings & cappucino rum ice cream. Richard’s organic fried rice (above) with shrimp was on the sweet side.
