I heard that Kedai Kopi Kim Hing Lee is the earliest raw meat noodle (Sang Nyuk Mee) shop in Kota Kinabalu (1970s). The raw meat and pork liver soup that comes with the scallion oil noodles has become the star of the raw meat noodles. When you see this bowl of milky white broth, you will know how sweet it is. . The black oil noodles are not inferior either. The black but not bitter black soy sauce gives the noodles a layer of fragrance.
