One thing I love about KL is not only are there tons of restaurants to choose from, they open until really late. Like 1 am kinda late. Woo hoo! And I am taking advantage of this at El Cero Tapas Y Vinos.
You really can’t go wrong with strong sangria and yummy seafood paella when in the mood for Spanish food. So glad we could have a late dinner at 9.30 pm and finish at 11.30 pm!
