I was back in Loong Hwa Puchong to have one of my favourite chicken chop in Puchong but saw that they had something new on their menu, a fried pork patty with salted fish (RM11.90)

I can’t resist a good pork patty and decided to give it a try. I am glad I did as the patty while fried to have a crisp exterior still retained a moist interior. The meat was well seasoned and the salted fish flavour came through. And the best part was it retained a nice juicy texture with a bite. Not too hard, but just enough resistance. Very good spend of RM11.90
