Man Tang Xiang Dinner
Post by Chiefeater Joan Lim-Choong
Authentic Fujian food at reasonable price at Man Tang Xiang Restaurant at I-Santorini. The stone pot fish only RM68 for small portion (so sizable enough for 6 of us) and every vege dish fried with wok-hei as low as rm15. So many beautiful dishes with braised soup whether you like light clear soups or rich with collagen-based stock. Operated by Xiao Ling and her husband who is the MasterChef, the couple is down-to-earth and so earnest in ensuring customers are happy with the food. Free top-up of soup and homemade kwai-ling-quo chilled dessert.
Stone pot fish with lots of vege, mushrooms, dried tofu, coriander and fried fish - yummy clear soup
Yam chicken Fujian style - aromatic slightly spicy and not oily
Delicious fried cabbage only rm15
Stirfried yau mak vege with garlic
Mochi with black sesame balls
