Walkabout in the heart Springvale. Decided to try this eatery, Moon Diem Hen for the first time. Their version of Bun Rieu. Other days AUD16 but Friday, Saturday and Sunday specials at AUD13. Yummy.
Includes crab meat, pork hock slices, meat ball, tofu, fresh tomato based n pork blood jelly which I asked them not to include. Crab meat. Decent serves.
Pork hock slices also offered by all eateries serving Bun Rieu.
Meat balls.
In the Vietnamese community at Springvale. You don’t leave home without having Vietnamese coffee. Hot for me for now. Iced coffee for later – even much nicer.
Excellent grilled spicy beefy tendons.
Loving it …. Grilled spicy pork giblet.
