An unplanned late dinner tonight at Paradise Dynasty. we walked in because something smelled so good.

Those shredded black bean chicken pancakes were such a nice take on the usual duck ones. The hand-pulled noodles were firm & had great bite, with gravy that was laden with meat & just the right spicy punch. Yang chow ried rice was full-on wok hei – very yums indeed.
