You Fu Fried Hokkien Prawn Noodle is Still as Good

Chiefeater Eddie Low still finds Singapore fried hokkien mee at You Fu Fried Hokkien Prawn Noodle still as good as he remembers it

Vietnamese, Vermicelli, Non-Halal
Sunday dinner at Pho Vietz Mid Valley Megamall with my friend. I had the lemongrass chicken chop with dry vermicelli and iced Vietnamese drip coffee. My friend has the claypot caramel fish set and basil passion fruit soda.
My chicken was marinated and cooked well, the lemongrass flavours really coming through. Chicken was juicy and tender. The vermicelli was soft and the fresh veggies were light and crunchy. When mixed with the sweet and sour sauce, it was very refreshing, appetising and delicious.
The caramel fish was fresh and soft, coated with a thick and delicious caramel and black pepper sauce.
