Vietnamese, Pho, Banh Mi, Non-Halal
What do I know about Vietnamese food? Just what I garnered from the Internet n You Tube, especially from the Best Ever Food Review Show during MCO and I haven't tasted real Vietnamese food at all. I know that Vietnamese food has french influence eg Baguette Sandwich, Goose Liver, Pho etc. Lately Vietnamese food has become visible. In Penang, in Food Court as well as Restaurants so this fine day while waiting for the kids at the Mall (Sunway Carnival, Seberang Jaya), we decided to have a seat in Pho Vietz, trying out some things different.
Our Order was a Pho ... With their Signature Meat Ball. A Banh Mi .... With grill pork. The Curry Chicken with rice.
Their Signature Meat Ball Pho (My name for it) was very Koey Teow Thng like / Beef noodle like, with more ingredients, vegetable n herbs..... I like.
The Curry Chicken was served just like a curry chicken in a High End Hotel Coffee House, Curry Chicken (Dryish), Rice in a bowl, Achar Prawns Crackers all serve on a tray.... a no santan curry ? Which we also like.

The Banh Mi, the Baguette was crusty as it's supposed to be, filled with tangy vegetables, and the grilled pork, Filling to Bread ratio, I would prefer more meat actually, Vege was fine .... wife didn't like , (due in my opinion due to crusty bread which we don't find commonly available in Malaysia).

We decided to skip the coffee, it was near bed time. We will be back for more as we spy more intriguing items.
