Today I was at Restaurant Four Seas to try their nyonya assam squid, and my wife also said she wants a big pot of kung pao tin kai. Also ordered steamed egg prawns for both my daughters. I tell you honestly, the nyonya assam squid was a killer. Damn authentic taste and the boss of the restaurant Michael came up to me and chatted for a while. He says he was a native of Teluk Intan, hence the taste is so good. Will go again and try his nyonya assam steamed fish which he says was his signature dish too. A simple but delicious lunch.
