朋友一句：“他们家的叁峇辣椒酱，是得到很多马来朋友认可的味道。”
身为重口味派的我，马上冲去试 😆
THE MAK 的 “MAK”
其实来自马来西亚国民美食 Nasi Lemak，也有“妈妈”的意思。
老板想带回那种小时候在家里、或 roadside mak cik 档吃到的家乡味。
这里主打的是
“Nasi Lemak Basmathi Ayam Berempah”
第一次吃到用 Basmathi 长米煮的椰浆饭，口感比较粒粒分明，带着淡淡椰香，吃起来不会太腻，反而有一种比较轻盈的感觉。
但真正让我直接爱上的，还是他们家的 sambal 😭
甜辣平衡抓得很好，辣劲是后面慢慢上来的那种，越吃越开胃。
我直接封它为：
“KL 我目前最喜欢的 Nasi Lemak Sambal” 🔥
还有那现点现炸的 Ayam Berempah 大鸡腿，真的很可以！
外皮炸得特别香，咬下去还能吃到香料味，鸡肉里面依然嫩嫩多汁。
配上参巴、花生、小鱼仔和那口椰浆饭，满足感很高。
有时候我们喜欢的，不只是好吃。
而是吃入口那一刻，会想起“家”的味道。
