Big Breakfast
I wanted to try the Big Breakfast at 103 Coffee Rio Puchong as breakfast at their original outlet had been a reliable affair, and this visit reaffirmed why. The Big Breakfast (RM43.30) was well-composed though I thought it looked a tad bit small for the price.

The sausage had a firm, meaty texture and carried a pleasant savouriness.

The bacon was flavourful, with slightly crispy edges that added bite. The bread, soft at the core and crispy around the crust, soaked up the juices nicely.

The scrambled eggs could have been a touch runnier for my taste, but the overall execution was satisfying
But the surprise standout was the tomato topped with seaweed flakes. Sweet, savoury, and gently tangy. It tied the entire dish together beautifully, giving what could have been a standard breakfast a subtle umami lift. Very nice touch!

The coffee, as always, lived up to 103 Coffee’s reputation — smooth, rich, and aromatic. With its ground floor access, easy parking, and airy layout, it’s no wonder this Rio Puchong outlet remains a crowd favourite.

Score: 8.3/10
103 Coffee Rio scores high on Experience (9.0) for its ambience and consistency, while Flavour (8.3) and Value (7.5) makes it probably the highest standing among café breakfasts in Puchong.
The excellent service from the wait staff enhances the experience at the outlet.
The thoughtful flavour details like the seaweed tomato and quality sausage show an attention to craft.
The only part where it drops points is the price part.
Price Range: RM28–RM35 per person
