Choosing a Hakka classic, I opted for the Hakka Braised Pork with Black Fungus from Buttermilk Daddy, a spot I've found reliable on previous occasions. Opting for delivery this time, I was pleased with the eco-friendly packaging – paper bags and boxes signalling a nod to sustainability.

Accompanying the savoury meat was a bed of firm rice topped with an egg, completing the hearty meal.
