I ordered several dishes for lunch from Crab B Restaurant via food delivery and among them was a petai fried rice.

The stir fried vegetables was good.

The petai, or stink beans, were present but could have been more potent in terms of their characteristic bitterness and sharpness. This is likely due to the supply or seasonality of petai, which can vary. However, the mildness didn’t detract too much from the enjoyment of the dish.
