My brother feted me lunch at Bro Sing zi char cafe, we had Thai style bidin fern, ”Su tiew” Tapah fish or crispy sweet and sour Tapah fish done without the use of tomato sauce. Salt and pepper boneless pork, wok fried bitter gourd with sweet bean paste or “tau cheo”, Foochow style “wok hei”noodle with fish fillets and fish maws soup.
