Hot Spicy Soup, Claypot Chicken, Non-Halal
On a working trip to Kajang, and decided to have hot spicy soup (辣汤) for lunch at La Zi Mei.
Our usual go to restaurant was closed, and after going around for a parking space, found another restaurant offering got spicy soup.
We had the hot spicy soup, claypot chicken with Chinese wine (花雕鸡), claypot fiery hot pork belly (火爆肉), omelette and stir fry lettuce.
The hot spicy soup comes with finely sliced pork and other pig's internal organs. I have always like my food to have heavy flavours, and thus, to me, this hot spicy soup was lacking in aroma and some flavour.
The claypot chicken with Chinese wine (花雕鸡) and hot fiery pork belly (火爆肉) fare better - flavourful and delicious.
Omelette
Stir Fried Lettuce
Parking could be difficult during peak hours. Service was fairly prompt and pricing was reasonable.
