The last time we were at Heritage Row at night was a really long time ago. but on a random drive through, there was a chance parking spot that was just too good to bypass. We had the nyonya laksa & fried rice at Limapulo. pretty basic, but reasonable prices and the P. Ramlee vibes sweetened the deal.
