We had a nice shopping expedition at Greenbelt yesterday evening & ended it with dinner at Mesa Greenbelt 5. Hiked up the cholesterol levels with crunchy [ completely evil ] pork sisig, tinapa rolls, nilagang pork rib soup, laing rice & nice, gooey sapin-sapin for dessert. Oh, yes.
Sapin-sapin. mochi meets corn pudding, meets kuih lapis. Loved it!
