MJ SS3 Kopitiam brings its Chee Cheong Fun in from Ipoh, but it was the Turnip Roll dipped into curry sauce that caught my attention

Durian
Say Heng Durian was my choice for a durian delivery, and I must say, the experience was confirm positive! The durians were delivered promptly, neatly packed in a plastic box with an outer sealed plastic bag—a thoughtful touch that keeps the potent aroma (or odour, depending on your perspective) locked inside until you’re ready to indulge.

I ordered a 300gm box of Musang King (RM55) and a 300gm box of Super XO (RM35). Both varieties offered a distinct experience.

I started with the Super XO. It’s typically a bit more fibrous with a bitter taste that true durian aficionados might seek out. The texture was slightly firmer compared to Musang King, offering a bit more bite (only a slight bit), which some might appreciate for its contrast to the creamy richness of the Musang King.

The Musang King, known for its rich, golden yellow flesh, had a luxurious creaminess that deepens the more you savour it. The texture was smooth and velvety, melting in the mouth like butter, making it the star of any durian feast.

Both durians from Say Heng Durian were delicious, each providing its own unique delight that made for an enjoyable durian experience.
