Yes, I do come to Starman Coffee for coffee a lot. Itâs one of my happy places where they know my order as I arrive.
Today, I had a slice of Sourdough Toast with a Scrambled Egg. I had originally only wanted to have a cup of coffee but the aroma of the eggs just whetted my appetite. They toast their sourdough very lightly and some would find it under-toasted. However, it still has a crispy crust and chewy texture on the bread. The scrambled eggs is made runny, which is how I like my scrambled eggs.Â
So why is it that places with a full working kitchen cannot get scrambled eggs done correctly. The Starman Coffee team has only a small portable stove and pan to work with and yet they get the scrambled eggs done perfectly. I think itâs done to the passion of the crew to get things done well.Â
A simple yet enjoyable breakfast. Yes, I am biased too because they know my name and my order.
