Tea Garden Taipan USJ just opened its doors for business on 1 June 2024. I went during off peak time at 5pm on 4 June 2024. The Hainanese milk tea was nice and the wheat bun came with a generous slab of butter. They were good. I also ordered the tau foo fah with soya bean milk, which was nice.
