After some discussion, I finally met up with fellow Chiefeater Jeet Grewal for brunch at Bound Coffee, Pusat Bandar Puchong. The outlet just opened 4 months ago, on 17 Feb 2024.
I got the signature set from the lunch menu, which was the Spicy Hometown Bowl, featuring Kuala Selangor style prawn sambal. It's spicy and yummy, great eaten with the fluffy white rice. The set comes with a drink and I chose hot black coffee because it was raining. I would say the coffee was pretty good - a strong and vibrant aromatic pick-me-up.
Jeet got the croissant with potato salad and lemon tea from the breakfast menu. The croissant and potato salad looked appetising, and the tea looked very refreshing.
I would say the minimalistic industrial style interior decor is good for some quiet relaxation time. I think it'll be good for people with too much on their minds to sit in its spacious uncluttered realm to de-stress and unwind. There are electric plug points too, so I might go there with my laptop one day.
