Lovely Gula Melaka syrup on ice kacang or cendol. You might want to ask for kurang manis or more shaved ice. Jessie’s Special ABC is located in PJ Old Town @ Jalan Othman Medan Selera where famous Kie Kee chicken rice and Usha Banana leaf rice is housed. I used to come here for lunch when I worked nearby at Jalan Tandang , once upon a time.
