Poh Kwong Park Kueh Chap
Post by Chiefeater Mervyn Guan
Smooth as silk and oh so tasty this stall or hole-in-the-wall.
Editor's Note
Kueh chap is a traditional dish that is popular in Johor and Sarawak. It usually consists of pork belly and offal. This would be intestines, liver and stomach. All this served in a rich, flavourful gravy made from soy sauce, spices, and herbs, and served with rice cakes and noodles.
