If you haven’t tried Siong Tong Gai Bukit Jalil signature steamed fish in soup, you are really missing out on a top-notch gourmet experience! Since its establishment in 2008, this restaurant has become a favorite among diners with its unique steamed fish in soup. The soup base is made from the freshest ingredients and an exclusive secret recipe. It is sweet and rich, leaving you with endless aftertaste in every bite.
Today’s lunch at Siong Tong Gai Bukit Jalil was a tender red tail octopus. After being steamed, the essence of the soup base is blended into it. The meat is so tender that it melts in your mouth! Diners here often queue up for this unforgettable taste.
In order to maintain the best quality, Siong Tong Gai established a central kitchen in 2017 to strictly control the ingredients and services. No matter which branch you go to, you can enjoy the same delicious food. So far, they have opened 11 branches in Malaysia, and they plan to continue to expand and bring the slogan "What is steamed whole fish in soup, have you ever tried it?" to all over the world.
