The Hainanese Chicken Rice at Canton Boy SS15 Courtyard was actually very good. The Roast Chicken was a particular standout, as it remained impressively crispy throughout the entire meal.
I was also pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Dim Sum. For a chain restaurant, the attention to detail in the food preparation is impressive.
