今早在 Happy Garden Market 早市巴刹旁的 佳味饭店，意外吃到一档很不错的 叉烧云吞面。
I unexpectedly had a very good barbecued pork wonton noodles at the Restoran Jia Wei next to the Happy Garden Market morning market.

这是一对夫妇经营的小档口，看起来低调，却做出很有水准的一碗面。
This is a small stall run by a couple. It looks low-key, but it makes a very high-quality bowl of noodles.

叉烧真的好正！外层带一点焦香，咬下去肉质软嫩多汁，是那种现在已经很少吃到的传统味道。
云吞是现包的，皮滑馅香，每一颗都很扎实。
The barbecued pork is really good! The outer layer has a little burnt aroma, and the meat is soft and juicy when you bite into it. It is a traditional taste that is rarely eaten nowadays.
The wontons are freshly wrapped, with smooth skin and fragrant fillings, and each one is solid.

面条用的是有劲道的 全蛋面，拌上带点古早味的酱油，再加上猪油香，一碗简单的干捞云吞面，却吃得很满足。
有时候，最惊喜的美食，就是这种藏在巴刹旁边的小档口。
The noodles are made from chewy whole egg noodles, mixed with a bit of ancient soy sauce and the aroma of lard. A simple bowl of dried wonton noodles is very satisfying.
Sometimes, the most surprising food is this small stall hidden next to the market.

简单一碗面，却满满都是老味道。
如果你也在 Happy Garden 一带找早餐，这档真的值得一试。
